Built on a firefighter’s work ethic
I’m Kris Prosser, owner of 3 Alarm Land Clearing and a firefighter. I started this company to bring the same habits to land clearing: answer the call, show up when we say we will, and take care of people and their property.
I want to build a real relationship with every customer, the kind where you tell a neighbor, “I know a guy.”
What sets us apart
“I know a guy”
We want real relationships with our customers. When your neighbor needs land cleared, we want you to say, “I know a guy.”
Stewards of the land
Our core belief is simple: be good stewards of the land and leave it better than we found it.
Safety on every site
Firefighters size up a scene before they go to work. We do the same on your property: slopes, utilities, structures and anything you want protected.
We show up
If we give you a date, we’re there. If weather moves it, you hear from us first.
Our promise to you
This is what you can expect on every job.
- A quick call or text back when you reach out.
- A written quote that spells out what we’ll clear and what we’ll leave.
- A firm start date, and a heads-up if weather changes it.
- Before and after photos of your job.
- A clean site: no burn piles and no brush piles left behind.
- The job isn’t done until you’re happy with it.
The right equipment, kept in top shape
We run a compact track loader with a forestry mulching head, plus a mini excavator for jobs that need some digging. Tracks spread the machine’s weight, so mulching leaves far less ground damage than a dozer, and it can work slopes a dozer shouldn’t.
Kris is a mechanic and services his own equipment. Machines that are maintained right don’t break down halfway through your job.
- Owner-maintained machines
- No burn piles, no hauling
